Google Workspace  Google 드라이브 승인/거부 전자결재 Google 이 2019년 Next 2019 컨퍼런스에서 발표하였던 내용입니다. 당시 G Suite 용 (현, Google Workspace) Google 드라이브에 기본적인 결재(Approval) 서비스가 추가 된다고 발표 하였습니다. Google 문서(Docs, Sheet, Slide)뿐만아니라 일반 파일들(MS Office, PDF, HWP,기타 파일들)에 대해서 결재자를 지정하고 승인 요청할 수 있습니다. 결재자는 내부 도메인 사용자 뿐만아니라 외부 도메인 (Google Workspace 계정 사용자) 사용자로 지정 될 수 있습니다. 단, 복수 결재자들을 순서적으로 지정한다 하더라도 결재는 순서적으로 진행되지 않습니다. 즉, 복수 결재자가 순서 없이 모두 승인을 해야 만 결재 완료가 됩니다. G Suite이 Google Workspace 로 재 브랜딩 되면서, Google Workspace Business Standard 버전 이상에서 기본 기능으로 제공하고 있습니다.   아래 버전에서 정식 릴리스했습니다.
